The sole owner and operator of this website is Bob and Lush.

Any reference to "Bob and Lush" within the statement below can reasonably be construed to be the same Bob and Lush that appears on any other part of this website, including all of its pages and extensions.

Accuracy of Content

Every care has been taken by Bob and Lush during the preparation of the content of this website to ensure that it is accurate at the time of publication. Particular attention has been paid to the descriptions of all the products featured on the website to ensure they are accurate and to ensure that the prices quoted are correct at the time of publication.

As permitted by law, Bob and Lush reserves the right to disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, with regard to the accuracy of the information contained within any of the products purchased from the website. Bob and Lush shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage that may arise from the use, in any way, of any information that is included within any of the products that are advertised on the Bob and Lush website.

Orders are accepted only on the understanding that there are no material errors in the product descriptions and/or prices as advertised on the Bob and Lush website. All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Data is only available to, and is limited by requirement, to those who specifically require this data to undertake the following; Processing and delivery of your order, provide customer support, Process your order in an efficient manner, help prevent fraudulent transactions, ensure your pet’s nutrition is correctly administered in accordance with our standards, open and run your account, and personalize your website experience.

Categories of the data being processed; Any third countries data are transferred to and safeguards that are in place; We may on occasion pass your details to 3rd parties for the purposes of; Product fulfillment (i.e., to enable couriers and postal operators to deliver your goods), Marketing, legal requests (i.e., from government bodies) or for other legitimate purposes as required. We vet all of our 3rd party suppliers and ensure that your data is safe in line with our internal policy.

You can also request any information we hold about you, ask us to update any information, ask us to remove your account or object to the processing of your personal information. Cookies are a technology which we use to provide you with a specific customer experience. A cookie is a piece of data that Bob and Lush sends to your internet browser, which may then be stored on your system. Should you wish you can set your internet browser to notify you when you receive a cookie or you can adjust it not to accept any. Cookies deliver a better internet experience and are used by Bob and Lush to allow you, amongst other functions, to save your log in details or store items in your shopping basket.

As a Bob and Lush customer, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, including the protection of your account password, as well as being solely responsible for any activities that occur through the use of your account. Bob and Lush shall not be liable to any person for any losses, damage, harm, or any other harmful act that may arise as a result of any failure on your part to protect your password or your account.

Ordering Errors

Any errors that you make with your order can be corrected providing you make the correction prior to the point at which you are asked to ‘confirm’ your order (the final page of the ordering process). If you make an error in an order that is confirmed you should contact us without delay. While it may be possible for us to help you rectify your mistake, there is no guarantee that this will happen, nor is there any assurance that we are likely to be able to rectify mistakes in confirmed orders.

Returns

We understand that on occasion you want to return an item you purchased from us. We are striving to make this process quick and convenient for you.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product you purchased from us, you can return by notifying us within 14 calendar days of receipt. The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of your notification to us in its original packaging, unopened, and in a condition for resale. We only accept returns of products that have been purchased through our website. If the product arrives in bad condition, or if for some reason the return is the result of an error on our part, you must notify us immediately, and we will resend or refund the product (in our sole discretion) within 14 days of the order date. Any return that does not meet the above conditions may not be refunded or replaced. Unless the product is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. If we have agreed to arrange a return for you, we will charge you for the return cost. If the product is faulty, please contact the product's manufacturer directly within their stated warranty period.

Liability Exclusions

Any disclaimers and exclusions that are set out within these terms and conditions do not apply to damages that arise from death and personal injury resulting from the negligence of Bob and Lush or any of its employees or agents. Nor do they apply to damages that arise from death and personal injury resulting from acts of fraud on the part of Bob and Lush or any of its agents or employees. All disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and be construed in accordance with UK Law. Where any provision of a disclaimer or exclusion is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable but shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Bob and Lush does not represent that any of the products or services referred to in the materials purchased through this website are available or appropriate for use in other jurisdictions. Anyone who chooses to access Bob and Lush from an outside jurisdiction is responsible for complying with all the legal requirements within that location.

Law, Jurisdiction, and Language

The Bob and Lush website, together with all of the content contained therein, and all contracts that result from the usage of the Bob and Lush website, are governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law. The parties to any contract resulting from the usage of the Bob and Lush website shall agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK. All contracts are conducted in English. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

If you have a complaint about the quality of a product, please contact us in the first instance for immediate assistance via our help center.

Adverse Reactions to Products

Some adverse effects are known about and these are explained in the product's documentation. Others that may only rarely occur or are specific for certain breeds or groups of animals may only be seen when the products are used more widely.
